Microsoft’s Patch Tuesday Releases Updates, Fixes For Vulnerabilities, Zero-Day Bug

Earlier this week, Microsoft released dozens of new upgrades and fixes to vulnerabilities. Included in the updates are patches for 73 fixes, mostly deemed important with high CVE scores, and a fix for a zero-day vulnerability that has been actively exploited as of recent.

The 0-day vulnerability (which stands for a vulnerability or bug that has not yet been fixed or made known to the developer) affected the Windows LSA (Local Server Authority) and while it was deemed complex, it affected all servers with admin domain controllers at higher risk.

Updates and patches are released every Tuesday. Keep your Windows up to date and secure by updating on a regular schedule or setting up automatic updates.
