Now you’re able to join a FaceTime call with a computer or Android device. You’ll need to make sure you’re using the latest version of the Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browser.
So how exactly do you join?
Someone with the FaceTime app on their iOS-powered iPhone or iPad will need to send you a link.
For someone to create a link, they can do so right in the FaceTime app. Hit Create a link, set a name then share the link via messages, e-mail or your preferred method.
Once you receive this link, open it in the browser, type your name then press Continue (you may need to allow permission to your microphone/camera to join the video call successfully).
Finally, hit Join and wait for the host to accept.
