How To Convert Photo To Digital Format
There are three ways you can convert an image to a document. You can either utilize your computer or mobile device’s share to print method, utilize a web tool, or use a mobile app.
Use computer or mobile’s printing option
Use your computer (or mobile) and print, choosing “Save as PDF” as the option.
On Windows, you can open the image and find the “🖶” printer icon, or pressing Ctrl + P on your keyboard.
In the popup menu, you’ll choose Print to PDF then click Print. You can then browse to the location you want to save the file and set a file name,
Use a web tool
You can utilize a web tool like Adobe’s Image to PDF. These tools alliow you to quickly upload an image through their website, and output a converted document. Many allow basic editing and instant download.
Use a mobile app
You can also utilize a mobile app on your smartphone or tablet, like Tiny Scanner for Android or Scanner App for iPhone. These apps will use your device’s camera to snap a picture then allow you to apply filters or touches before converting it to your preferred file type, including DOCX or PDF.
