XREAL Releases 1S AR Glasses and Neo Power Hub

XREAL has expanded its One Series lineup with the XREAL 1S augmented reality (AR) glasses and the XREAL Neo power and video hub. The company describes these releases as part of its ongoing efforts to expand the One Series ecosystem for portable AR display use.

The XREAL 1S is designed as a display-focused AR wearable that connects to external devices, including smartphones, laptops, and gaming consoles, via USB-C. According to the company, the glasses present content as a large virtual screen in front of the wearer and feature a 1200p micro-OLED display, 120 Hz refresh rate, 700 nits of brightness, and a 52° field of view.

The device uses XREAL’s X1 spatial computing chip to support head-orientation tracking and flexible virtual screen layouts.

An optional accessory, the XREAL Eye camera, adds six degrees of freedom (6DoF) spatial tracking and point-of-view capture. Also introduced is Real 3D, a software feature that converts standard 2D content into stereoscopic 3D in real time, which runs entirely on the glasses without additional apps or proprietary players.

The XREAL Neo is a compact battery and video hub that combines a 10,000 mAh power pack with DisplayPort Alt Mode video output, designed to simplify connectivity for mobile devices and handheld consoles by reducing the need for multiple adapters or docks. The device features a built-in USB-C cable, magnetic quick-connect, and a metal kickstand. It supports power delivery, up to 40W output when connected to an external charger, and higher output resolutions and refresh rates for compatible devices, including Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck.

XREAL lists the 1S AR glasses at $449 and the Neo hub at $119, available through its website and select retail partners.
