Microsoft has set a new Guinness World Record for the most participants in an online multi-level artificial intelligence (AI) lesson in one single day. More than 126,000 individuals from around the world participated in this global learning event, demonstrating the expanding reach and accessibility of AI and community-driven education.

Users from all walks of life, from students and educators to professionals and hobbyists, came together online to learn about AI concepts, build projects, and explore the potential of this transformative technology.

The official Guinness record is for 126,151 participants within 24 hours. The goal was to break down barriers to AI education and show that anyone can get started — no matter where you are or how much experience you have.
