Apple Unveils iPhone Pocket, New Wearable Tech Accessory

Apple have recently introduced the iPhone Pocket, a new 3D-knitted accessory that offers a new way to carry and interact with iPhones. The special-edition product launches in several days on the November 14, 2025, at select retail locations worldwide.

The collaboration between Apple’s industrial design team collaborated with Japaenese fashion design company MIYAKE DESIGN STUDIO, combining Japanese textile innovation with consumer technology accessories.

Design and Construction

The iPhone Pocket is different than traditional smartphone cases and carriers. The accessory features singular 3D-knitted construction and stretchable, ribbed textile pocket that accommodates any iPhone model. The open textile structure expands to fit smartphones and everyday items like AirPods, while the ribbed design subtly reveals contents when stretched, allowing users to view their iPhone display without removal.

The accessory can be worn multiple ways, handheld, attached to bags, or worn directly on the body.
There are two strap configurations:

  • Short strap design available in eight colors (lemon, mandarin, purple, pink, peacock, sapphire, cinnamon, and black) starting at $149.95
  • Long strap design available in three colors (sapphire, cinnamon, and black) starting at $229.95 USD

The color palette was designed to complement all iPhone models and colors, allowing users to create personalized combinations.

It will be available select Apple Store flagship store locations and on apple.com in the U.S. and certain locations around the world, and right in time for the holidays.

Apple continues its expansion into lifestyle accessories, combining functional design with fashion collaboration.
